We are thrilled to once again offer the Human Services Compensation Study. Click here to see our most recent study from 2013. This refreshed tool is designed to serve as a resource for human service organizations across Monroe County to benchmark current compensation trends and to help inform decisions for staffing, benefits, time off and position-specific compensation.
The research team at United Way will collect the data and compile it without any indication of organization-specific information. All entries are secure and confidential, yet will be presented in a comprehensive aggregated report that will be emailed to all who participated and posted on our website this fall.
Please share the survey tool with the person in your organization (human resource, finance, etc.) who is best fit to provide the information. The Microsoft Excel file format allows you to edit at your own pace, collaborate with others on your team, and save and send in a secure way. Survey reports are due back to Scott.Warburton@uwrochester.org by September 14, 2018.
